Back in Mar del Plata, the city of his birth, he was a partner of the graphic design studio TRImarchi e Pacheco as well as an organizer of the Disfrutar Muchísimo art spaces and the exhibitions of the event TMDG. Gustavo then moved to Barcelona, where he has been active until today as one of the main illustrators of the Stones Throw Records music label while also collaborating with a large number of projects, publications and clients. Over the course of his career he has worked with names such as Damo Suzuki, Madlib, J.Rocc, Stüssy Japan, Insight or the label Minimal Wave Records, spreading his aesthetics in a wide range of mediums, always within the cult spectrum. The love for heaviness and the obscure has taken on new meaning in Eandi’s oeuvre, which is drenched in a haunting, brutally delicate visuality aligned with trends of lo-fi poster design, the aesthetics of no-wave, logo designs from the 1980s, and the iconography of different sects.
